The grill is warming up to temperature to make one of our favorite BBQ items - smoked, boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Today I decided to use a combination of off-the-shelf dry rubs. I cut the chicken thighs into strips so when they're smoked they turn out looking like chicken wings (sort-of). Regardless, they sure are good! I'll post some pictures later.

Barbecue for me is a great hobby that I have been doing for several years. I like the juicy meat that I recently smoked on my grill. I also like to add spices and seasonings from https://www.bigwigjerky.com.au because they make the meat extremely flavorful and delicious. I have never found such good and high-quality spices as this seller. Today I will use Teriyaki because I really like the spicy taste of the barbecue, it is very, very tasty. I like a wide variety of barbecue seasonings more than those sold at Costco.
