My freezer was all out of pulled pork so it was time to reload. My son is also coming home from college next weekend and I told him I'd have some pulled pork for him and some beef jerky. The jerky marinade is Wittdog's apple juice jerky. Does need some more heat, but not a bad start! One of our neighbors had a car accident the other day and broke her ankle on one leg and her knee on the other. She's divorced and can't get around so we all have been making dinners for her and sending them over. Last week I did chicken and this week, well pulled pork! We may have to do this for a while, she's in pretty bad shape.
