we'll have ham-pinto beans-redeye gravey-cornbread tonite =P~
will also throw the ham bone & some ham in a big pot of butter beans and cook it today- then put in frig for couple days to flavor up real good-always better that way-don't know why? then serve with cornbrean.
and of course ham sammys w/hot mustard :!:
 
We cooked a 8.5lb Rib Roast which is obviously too big for three adults and one child. So we're gonna simmer the left over roast in the aujus and slice thiny and have French Dip sandwiches and potato pancakes made from the leftover roasted garlic smashed potatoes!

Man have we got food left here , smithfield spiral ham, 2 whole pumpkin pies,have a pumpkin cheese cake, candied yams , mashed taters , not to mention all the cookies and fudge my wife makes this time of year, and this is after family and friends that left with gift bags of thier own. Yea got to have them ham sammys with lots of mustards of all types !!!
