"If you grill a brain on the barbecue, you need to add fat from the kidneys, and you put the brain in lung tissue." I was excited that he was sharing such secrets with me. Then he said, "Another specialty is barbecued beef testicles."

It appears I have a lot to learn. Can't wait to try that trick with the brain in hte lung tissue...I bet that helps.
