Boy, I must have missed something. My first locked topic. I really feel like I belong now. I reheated some ribs from two weeks ago. These ribs were from my first cook on my new Chargriller with no modifications done. I fought temp spikes up to 400 deg. All in all the ribs were good but not good enough for me to give Ddog a taste result. I can say his rub stands up to high heat pretty well. :eek: Yours too Larry. :!:

 
Well, I dunno how you done it but those 320x240 pics are actually 800x600 and they look mighty fine!! =P~ =P~
 
My family prefers the mac with the little HATS as my daughter use to call them. The potato salad was store bought and that won't happen again!
