It took 8 hours on the pit at around 225. Then foiled and shut the pit off.. Ate it this morning. Vacume sealed the rest for work.....Getting my weight back up slowly but surely..!!! :D

It's a High Def camera and the host lets you upload 500 gigs a week...So I guess the quality is both.. I don't know why It wouldn't embed the player though..Oh well.. Now to finish the gumbo video.... :D

Do you really smoke mullet? I know they eat mullet out of FL, but never heard of anyone eating mullet out of TX water.
