I have a lunch gig at Church tomorrow. My uds is on auto pilot but I really like gadgets so I am thinking I want a Stoker for Christmas. I think charting the cook and adjusting the pit temp from my phone would be way cool.

Butts are on as of 8:00 pm.

Nice looking butts. You definitely don't need a stoker to turn out great food. :D

I suppose all vertical smokers can be somewhat hands free.

I just think that I would sleep better knowing that something was minding the store.

Fine looking pork butts. I use a Guru and I sleep like a baby on overnight cooks. I have a lot of confidence that my temp will stay right where I set it.

Fine butt. Ya know ten years ago I never even heard of pushed pork and now it has turned into one of my favorite food groups.
