Hornet inspires newbie
After seeing the Hornet in action and the way that Griff loaf looked I had to give it a try. Griff that loaf is awesome!!!!!! That’s the first time I’ve done smoked loaf but it won’t be the last. My wife really liked it to. I made 2 small loaves and one is all ready gone. Part of that other one will go tonight after a fill up at the Libation Station. I wish I would have done more. I’ll be doing that Canadian Bacon on Monday, more pics to follow.

I did one with cheese in the middle. A nice variation.

wittdog,
Your meatloaf looks great and with that full ring, I'm guessing you didn't use a pan. Did you use parchment or something else to cook it on?
I used parchment paper. First time it was in Griffs recipe. That’s a real neat trick. I’ll be using it again with other things.

It's in the beef recipes, "Griff's meatloaf"
