Both look excellent. I love Perogies.

That's a lot of work, but it sure looks worth it.

Do you have trouble with your thermometer probe leaving a permanent indentation in the gasket?

I used it once and it left a fairly deep mark where it rested. Makes me afraid of it!

Now I'll have a slice, please.

Did you make a horseradish sauce?
