Here are pics from the second cook on my clone and my first catering job.

And here is a shot of the cooker with ten butts pulled and four #10 cans of backed beans panned up.

Performance was great, held 250 for the nine hours while the butts cooked then put the beans in and run temp up to 280 for 4hours then pulled butts and placed them in cooker with the beans and cut heat back to 175 for a couple hours till customer picked it all up. All this and it is still running on one bag of kingsford, can't wait to get some good lump and try it out.

Great to hear, hrchdog. As link said, glad all your had work on the cooker paid off.
