I started 2 shoulders last night just so we'd have some in the freezer. Pulled one awhile ago and the other one is gettin close. Also made some 1/2 ABT's with cream cheese, bacon bits, garlic, green ounions and cilantro wrapped in bacon. I also mixed some shaved rib eye meat in to a few of them too. I put thos on about 45 min. ago. The cream cheese was killer cold! I also made my first "Bacon Explosion" today. Ill put it on after the ABTS and the shoulder comes off.
