Nicely done!

I am finally hosting Thanksgiving for my Mom. I have been talking to my wife about cooking it outside with some smoke and you have inspired me. Maybe I will try a whole chicken first. I would hate for Mom to drive up from KY and have a bad experience, she is an excellent cook and luckily has an excellent sense of humor (just in case).
