You ever try smoked salmon bellies, "Salmon Wings" ? If so are they worth $20 plus shipping to try? I saw them on Bizarre Foods yesterday and was intrigued and would like to try them. Sounded and looked great.

It typically is, as is the whole fish head........people don't realize that things such as grouper cheek and throat meat is fantastic and athe only people that typically eat it are people that know how good it is. I've never eaten fish belly though, but have used it for bait.....Rag said:
