Got a late start so it's going to be a long night. Cooking two Boston Butts rubbed with Wolfe Bold. One rump roast rubbed with Wofe Original. Two fatties one stuffed with Chez Wiz and one rolled in Wolfe Original and last some Down Home sausage. Planning on cooking the butts to 200 plus to pull and the rump roast to 165-170 to slice and cut up into cubes. Fatties to 165.

Took fatties off @ 10:30 last night. The rump roast came off @ 2 this moring and I just pulled the butts.(5:30) Going to work out and will take and post pics when I get back.

Here are the final pics. Going to take the pork to the card game tonight. Use those guys for ginnie pigs.

Give me your opinion. I know to get better it's by trail and error and getting advice from your peers. Thanks
