Here's what I'm doin this weekend;

1 Brisket, 2 butts and 2 racks of ribs.

Brisket is for my sister (8yr old nephew requests it in his lunch), 1 Butt and 2 Racks of ribs for a trade of a pony keg of homebrew and 1 Butt for the couple who do my marketing work

Brisket with Worsty and Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama
Butt with Rev. Marvins and Cowtown The Squeal Pork Rub



Callin for 1/4 to 1/2 inch of ice today. Good thing I took the day off!
So what goes good when you're smoking with an outside temp of 27*? 2* Below Ale of course



Brisket is done and smells outstanding! This is probably one of the deepest smoke rings I've ever had. The sucklebusters hoochie mama with worsty is a HOME RUN! Hoochie keeps her nice subtle heat while providing an excellent "beefy" taste to the brisket. Hoochie ROCKS Gator!! Great job



Ribs are still smokin and 2nd butt will go on tomorrow

It's a holiday style, similar to the Sam Adams Old Fezziwig. Won't be ready for another 2 weeks :cry: I'll let ya know :D

Like what? Don't read food porn emails while driving. Might make you hit a deer or something? If at a restaurant, might make you send your food back and demand something like those pictures? Speaking of bad service, the Chilies in Fairfax was lousy on Friday. I coulda used these pictures.

SC great job. If this was Iron Chef, I'd give you a 5 on presentation and if there was beer involved and fedex overnight, the other 15 points would be there too. Good job.
