My friend Houmaegger from eatlikeanative.com made these.. I have never seen them and want to share them here...

Mixed 1 lb of green onion sausage and 1/3 lb of blue cheese together. Used a cake decorator plunger to stuff the wings. Seasoned with Tony's and egged with some sugar cane - no sauce.

Dang Sapo..I meat to tell you a while ago that while you may not look like much...you apparently a very good cook. Tipping my hat your way:) Now the reason I use this expression is cuz it whut my Daddy always say out loud about my Mama over the supper table. I still get a lot of mileage out of it if I'm trying to get the Warden really riled up:) Try it sometime. Felize Navidad etc. Thanks for all your contributions in the arena of a bunch of cooking styles. I gonna knock on your door down at Corpus one day:)

They look interesting for sure. Not sure I'd try it. Chicken doesn't need too much work IMHO.

Yea that is intresting. Think I would have to give it a try. How did they turn out? I noticed you did't say one way or the other.

I don't know how they turned out. all he said after the pictures was:Geaux Tigers ;)
