Good lookin' brisket! Are you sure 5 is enough? looks like you coulda squeezed one more on there!;)
 
Lol! The briskets were for a friend's tailgate party on Saturday. I cooked a few racks of ribs too, but left them wrapped for him to reheat the next day. I didn't want to slice them up to have them dry out when he reheated them on his tailgating pit. I panned the briskets in the juices from the foil.
 
Mighty special. Cook the ribs meat side down next time. You will like it better. Not much to nag about on the brisket. Hope you defatted the pan juices. Brisket fat is real nasty stuff. Where do the pan juice come from to start with?

I used the juice from the foil, defatted.
