25 degrees, wind blowing at 25 gusting to 40 and slight snow flurries. The Ol' Lang is CRANKED at 375 for a Fast Track smoke to be done at 5:30 for a small neighborhood Party.
2 Butts and 2 Hams on now. 2 Chickens, 3 racks O' Baby Backs and Salmon go on around 2:30. ABT's at 4:00.
That Ol' Lang went to 375 IMMEDIATELY. I love that smoker.

Stopped by BJ's on the way home. Picked up two chuck roasts and some chicken. I'll probably grill the chicken tonight and smoke the chucks on Sunday.
 
I've had a brisket flat on since 6:15 am. It's at 180* now. Just put in some pit beans that had been brought to boiling prior to adding to the WSM. The flat should be coming off in an hour or two.

Can't wait.
