Gonna put the Primo Oval on cruise control tonight. I've got the bottom grate loaded up with 4 butts totalling just over 32lbs. They're rubbed down with Wolfe Rub Original and cooking over Royal Oak Lump and hickory. Three of the butts are for a party I'm doing Saturday, which will be vacuum sealed and re-heated in boiling water right before serving. The other butt will be dinner for the 4th.

Butts are done and now resting for a couple hours. They took right at 12 hours.

no problems with the lump overnight, I suppose?

Nope, very uneventful.

Butts are pulled and chilling and 3 of them will be vacuum sealed for Saturdays party. The other will be for sammiches tonight.
