First Cook On Smoker Trailer

Went a little small on this cook out but I just wanted to cook on this thing. At the bottom added pictures of the smoker racks and it shows how it works. I took a video on my phone but got deleted when I imported it to computer sorry. Next cook out I'll have a video though. Enjoy friends.

First Cook On Smoker Trailer

That is a good looking cooker. How careful do you have to be with loading and unloading meats on the rotisserie racks ?

Are you always faced with the possibility of dumping the entire rack worth of meat ?

Thank you sir...With the loading/unloading you have to be a little careful but the shelves are on in such a way that they dont sway side to side and stay pretty still throughout the cook which is nice.
