Had the first cook on my new to me Klose BYC ...got a few pics for proof...forgot to snap the clean blue smoke pic but got some decent food before and afters...

Thanks for all the compliments...I will get a pic of the pit up asap...

The ABTs were filled with a 50/50 mix of cream and cheddar cheese with some Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and a little smokie I also made one out of a halved banana pepper just see what it would turn out like and it was pretty good to.
 
When I first clicked on the post I thought you were a newb. Not the case. Food looks great!!!
