That looks great. I'd still be nervous about carbon monoxide build up. Please tell me you are going to have a CO monitor down there in conjuction with some kind of drafting fan. [-o<

I use it here in Oakville, have been for about 6 months, but it's expensive
$11.00 Can. per bag.
The reason I like to use it, I can't taste the charcoal in the meat, which most brands I can.
