Found these big boys on sale. 67 cents a pound. Picked up two with a link of sauage. Chopped them in half, seasoned them up and decided to give them about a three hour ride on the cypress smoker ferris wheel.First time I've used it. It handled 10 pounds of chicken easy. Hope you all enjoy the pics.

Awesome. good looken grub. Man you got the best looken smoker around. Can you post ( you may have already ) some pict of the fire basket etc.. It's so great how cool that thing looks.

That might work. anything but rib-o-lator. Don't want to infringe on any copy rights.
