Fathers Day = PORK

Dad brought over a 8 lb pork butt to have on Fathers Day. I put it on around 10 and took it off around 9 this morning. Also had some tater salad, grilled asparagus, and fried cheddar cheese bread from a local market. ( I took pics of the bread this time Morgan !)

Great looking pork and bred. It looks like I can grab that sandwich right through my monitor in that last pic.

Scotty, that could be a spread in any bbq porn magazine. You have set a standard. What a great meal for Father's Day.
