Seasoning is difficult to judge in pictures, simply because only the taste matters. I like a little salt, and a lot of pepper on mine. The garlic seasoning you find in rubs like Montreal don't hurt my feelins either.
When you pull the steaks off the grill, put a pat of softened butter on em. You'll like it. Beef, especially the thick cuts, can handle lots of seasoning, which is why it's fine to add s and p at the table!
