Got up early this morning and fired up the Hawk Wild smoker. Threw in a few backs of ribs and snapped some asparagus spears. Added a side of scalloped potatoes and yum Easter dinner. No prep pics but here is the outcome. Coconut cake my wife made for desert
 
Looks great Hawk, didn't know ribs were on the Easter weekend menu, but I did a couple racks yesterday with asparagus and some rice. Great minds must think alike :LOL:
 
Coconut cake? Oh yea, that's the stuff! The rest of the chow looked great too. Only cake I don't like is, no cake. Darn it, now it's midnight and I got to bake a cake. Think I have a special ingredient stashed somewhere. :weedman: :LOL:
