Cooked a ham in WSM. Pineapple, cloves, then mixed the reserve pineapple juice, brown sugar and ginger ale and then added to the pan. Cooked till 148* with a little apple wood

Made some ABTs, chorizo and garlic bread on the Performer.

Also made 5 lbs of fingerling potatoes and chicken thighs for family that doesn't like Ham but totally forgot to take pics.
 
Fine lookin spread V. We cooked a ham as well but unfortunately I didn't have time to get it on the smoker. After seeing your pics I sure wish I had!

Fine looking groceries. Looks like you got a little chintzy with the bacon on the stuffed jap deal. Whuts up with that? Then I notice whut little there is on there some of it looks still raw. Thinking maybe the Sunny CA folks might should be confined to doing tri trips and Johnsonvilles on the Gasser:)
