Cooking this weekend in SW Missouri an it's 100+ degrees. My cookers are not insulated. I expect temps running High any ideas for keeping them under control with such high ambient temp?
 
Keep a squirt bottle full of water nearby to squirt on your fire. Thats all I can think off LOL, it's to freaking hot!!!!
