I got these 2 drunken chicken holder and decided to give them a shot. I also got some caroline's rub in and used it for both chicken and pork spares. It all came out very moist, tasty and tendet...Yum!

Nice Birds? I think cooking chicken or even a duck up on a can is the way to go. As a bonus, it is one more excude to buy beer. I have used bourbon as well as wine in the can before.

Notice: BE CAREFUL WHEN USING WHISKEY NEAR AN OPEN FLAME. Good times can turn bad really fast.
