Well that big picnic finally be done! Turned out perty nice really.

Pulled.

It's perty tastey, totally different then any other pulled pork I've made. I can't really describe it, it's sweet, some good apple taste, an yet...........I don't know, just very different then other pulled pork I done. Prolly make it again.

I smoke bare ta 165° an instead a foilin put em in a roaster an inta the oven ta finish em at 195°. Saves alotta foil that way an they come out just as well. Then drain off the juice, defat it in the ice box an use it later when it's time ta reheat if it be needed.
 
Fine looling wittles there Senor Hillbilly. Smart thinning on that finishing them in the roaster plan. That tinfoil do get pricey and as they say once it in the foil it do not know if there is any smoke around or not. Now I would not like to wash the pan. That is wimmens work right?
