Royal Oak and Hickory Wood Chunks on a cheapo Char-Griller Pro (unimproved)/ 7hrs.
Cheers!

The farmers market Peaches were in season and on sale, and I couldn't resist. Breakfast huh? I like that, these sammiches were sweet and juicy. I may just have a leftover tomorrow morning. Thanks guys. It wasn't my best work, but it was fast and turned out tasty. The smoke ring was 3/8th's of an inch thick, and the Hickory flavor stuck deep into your cheeks; can't ask for more than that on the quick I think.
