Did up some Ribs yesterday

2 racks of baby backs on with some maple and cherry.
Making up some tater salad, and roasted corn with cherry tomatoes and mint from the garden.

Little smokey picture since I just stirred and moved the wood chunks but...

scotty, in the last picture, is there sauce over the sides of the ribs to give them that dark color?

No, they were very red, in the first couple of pics, the flash washed em out.
