I felt like cooking today, beautiful sunny day, nice breeze and around 70 deg. Could not resist so the wife and our two girls went to Sam's and picked up some fajitas, chicken thighs, sausage and yes diapers and formula! :)

I used Big Ron's In the House Seasoning and everything turned out fantastic! The sausage was a Poblano pepper and mexican cheese chicken sausage, the Sam's brand. It was a little spicy for the wife, but that just leaves more for me :)

That's a boatload of food!

vacuum sealed most of it for future use. Too tough with both of us working to make good food for dinner every night. Now just make a few sides, warm the rest and serve.

Excellent workout on the ole Weber Big Ron :D
