A couple of lbs CSRs rubbed with a simple homemade rub. Cooked them uncovered for about and hour and a half.
Put them in some foil with a little Bone Sucking sauce for about 45 minutes.
Took them out of the foil and added a little more sauce to them and cooked them direct to get a little char and color on them.
Plated with some beans and cole slaw
