We've got some major carnivore going on this weekend all over this board. Here's what going on here. Friday night was a pizza on the BGE.



Yesterday at 9 pm I satarted a couple briskets on my WSM. Here's a pic of one before it went on. It was a combo of WRB and Texasbbqrub.



Please take a moment to remember the reason for this holiday.

Then I saw witt's burnt ends and had to get some out of this brisket. I've never done these before. Definately a tasty thing to do with the point.

Griff the brisket and pizza look great, but the beans caught my eye. What are they? Recipe?
