I cooked two chicken breast yesterday afternoon using the Weber Kettle and the indirect heat method. I used Rev. Marvin's Original Sauce with Wolfe Rub. The chicken taste great. I like crispy skin and with rub and sauce and using the kettle it came out great. The wife liked the skin also.

Man does chicken go great with Rev. Marvin...did you notice how dramatically the heat decreases when you grill it? I prefer the hot
most of the time, especially when getting crispy skin.

You are right Cappie. Also, it becomes a much more 3 dimensional sauce when you cook with it. :!:
