We Idaho cooks held a fundraiser last weekend to help send our Idaho team (Team Ida Que) to the Jack. I guess we're the only state that does such a thing, but I digress.

Here is the recipe for the chicken drumsticks I made (on my UDSs).

Nice grub! My favorite piece a the bird.

I make up a Q sauce that has grape jelly in it to, Caterin clients really like it, fer at home I make it up with blackberry jam. Mighty tastey stuff.
