Dang Boy..looks like ya done good yet again. Flinging a powaful honger on me so to speak. Now as concerns the sausage..keep your eyes peeled at Kroger for some Blue Ribbon Brand..Texas Traditions in the jap and cheese configuration. Them thangs are good also fully cooked. Just wrap a couple up in a paper towel and zap it about 30 seconds on each side in the microwave. I ate some last night wrapped in a piece of bread with mustard and raw garlic. Yum yum. Should be excellent heated up on the pit with plenty of smoke and low heat. Or you could wrap em in cheap bacon and slow grill em. Thats the best way to treat sausage..especially boudan. Gets rid of the old slimey case blahs. Now I have eat some unwrapped versions off the pit which had decent cases but not very often. It takes a long time and is best done in an offset.
