chuck and butt

My wife pointed out to me that we were about to start out the new year with no chuck or pulled pork in the freezer. So at 9am this morning I put 12 pounds of chuck and 13 pounds of butt on the WSM.







More pics later. BTW, this is Frozen Few practice. Outside temp is 10*.
 
I'm still up but had to wait until the meat was done. You still up?

I didn't think a WSM could hold that much? Or do you more than one? Looks real fine too
