Here's mine. They went into the WSM at 1pm and 1:30pm. Seasoning is granulated garlic, black pepper and a moderate dusting WRB.

I plan to post cut pictures later but Mr. Beefeater is calling my name so I hope I remember.

Hey Griff...thanks for that beautiful sunset.... I guess moments and views like that make up for the isolation up there..... sure is beatiful!!!!!!!

I say isolation...who am I to know, you might turn around and take a pic in the other direction and get 50 houses.....

Either way.....SEND ME SOME SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please.... ;)

Griff I've said it before!
You are a lucky man!
Awesome pic......AWESOME!!! :D
Merry Christmas!

HEY GRIFF, WIPE THE COBBWEBS OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND POST SOME PIC'S!!! We're gonna have to have a chat about Mr. Beefeater and his ability to prevent you from posting pic's for our enjoyment!!

OK. Like I said in an earlier post, I pulled the rarer of the two roasts at 125* but due to a potato problem we didn't slice for 40 minutes. By then it was up to 139*, a little doner than I wanted.
