The wifey brought home a strip sirloin roast about 4lbs. This is the first year we have not had a house full of kids and family so we are not stressing much about the menu. I was going to thick slice and grill it but decided to cook it whole on the wsm. I put a bit of spicey garlic rub on it after trimming off the fat and on the smoke at about 170*. It is still close to 80* outside and chillin on the porch watching the smoker chug away and a beer next to me. Hope yer Christmas is going as well as mine. Best wishes to all!
