Choice, or better

When you order "choice" brisket at my butcher's shop, apparently the rule from IBP is that they will send him whatever is available "choice or better." I pay for choice no matter what. Well, this week, they sent ALL PRIME!!!! I nailed down 50 lbs for a cook! I don't think you can tell the difference though! But it is cool! :!:
