Marathon cooking day and weekend for me folks. I'm blessed to have a couple of nice partys and friens to cook for. I say friend cus when yer the BBQ man at a party everyone calls you friend.
Any ways for tomorrow's party I need Pulled Chicken and smoked thighs and a few sides. I'll cook them up some some Denny Hamlinburgers and some spiral dogs too. Then on sat I have a pulled pork and Ribs party and 4 sides. That's at a friends house so I will cook butts here but the ribs on site all day for his party.
So I needed to start whole chickens to cook and then be pulled. I had 6 racks laying around and will finish filling the cooker with them. Thems is for me and friends who may be around later.
Here is what and where I am working with. I set up my ez up tent and am doing everything from preping to finishing and packing there.

I got big oven stuffers for more meat and less chicken bones when pulling. Here I have them all rub'd with my Pit Pirate Poultry Rub and my Rib Rub too. JB I know you lookin at this and wondering where my Pop is. Well it's still before noon when I was doing all of that so that's a water BOY.

I got all 9 set nicely on the front and slightly hotter side.

The Ribs. Hmmmm, I still see a little room. I wonder what I got in my meat locker I could slap in there?

I made my own thumbnails so I hope all that works. Ahhhh nope.
Gonna roll 8 or 9 Butts through the night and then grill about 90 thighs in the AM.
