Chicken on and in a Can

UDS Chicken for tonight.

Turned out pretty good. I had a lot of wireless temp equipment malfunctions on this cook so I had to rely on the twist the leg bone technique.

I think they look fine too. once apon a time we aint had them fancy eletronic thingys, the Q tasted just fine then too

Yeah and back then we didn't have any EPA laws controlling how much gas you could pour to start your briquettes.
