I’m a big fan of chicken livers but I’ve never smoked them. I found a recipe for bacon wrapped chicken livers that you smoke for 2.5 hours at 250, anyone tried this?
 
You go first, I'm right behind you. I like them but have not smoked them. Now fried is a different story!

I'm with ya on that one. Curious about how they would be smoked...but not enough to try it first :D

It is wrapped in bacon...of course it woould be good! It's bacon for heaven sake! :P
