Chicken, I certainly love it.

Taking some time to share a little of the back yard cooking. I think I have mastered chicken. If I could get the same results with ribs I would be a happy camper. Although I am grilling the dogs and pineapple the chicken is almost always bbq'd, indirect, using chunk charcoal, for me this is the best way and fairly hard to screw up.

Chicken, pineapple skewers and hot dogs near ready.

My helpers. Look close as Emma is way in the back.

Ready for the table.

Brian, fine looking chicken there. What are you cooking on? The cameras angle makes it look like a football field.
That little man looks like he's ready for a hot dog!

Re: Chicken, I certainly love it.

Oz, I have a Chargriller with a side smoker box that I have learned to use pretty well. I think in the future I want something that is not as effected by wind or I need to tighten up the one I have.

BBQUZZ, The pineapple was a big hit. I also took a couple of the pineapple skewers which were huge with the kids and one ended up in the wife's cocktail.
