Using advice picked up here in the last couple of weeks, I made some DAMNED GOOD CHICKEN last night. It looked like all the other 53 pounds of chicken tests from the last 6 months, but this tasted real good and is 'competitive'.
Now I think my chicken entry will suck like the other 3 meats instead of REALLY SUCKING . :LOL:

I worked on chicken last summer for Beach, Boogie and BBQ.
It paid off...I got third, behind Myron and the overall winners.

But it was a loooong time before I made chicken again.
