Catering 101

WAY too much food, but everyone enjoyed it. Got a lot of requests for cards.

80 people =

6 butts cooked (only needed 4)
3 whole packer briskets cooked (that went over big)
85 pieces of chiken (only needed 60)
18 racks of spares (only needed 12)
3 1/2 pans cole slaw (only needed 2)
4 #10 cans of beans (all gone)
3 1/2 pans of potato salad (only needed 2)

Pic time:

Wow, fancy shmancy......

Looks good Bill...I always say if you have to much food, then you had enough. I always end up with too much food when I cook for a group, but Id rather have to much and be able to offer doggie bags then to run out.

Even yankees like Nick!

Wow Bill, nice job! Yeah like Cappy said, even us yanks like your beans! I made a batch a couple of weeks ago as a side for ribs. Had the inlaws, my parents and a neighbor or two over. My father never ate the ribs, all he ate were the beans!

I don't know whether that says a lot about the beans.... or the ribs.
