Brisket!

Decided to smoke a brisket the other day. Wanted some home-made rolls to go with it so got the wife and oldest daughter to help out

Doing my Michael Jackson impression

Rubbed and ready to go in the fridge overnight...

Wife and daughter getting the dough ready!

Baked to perfection... sweet, soft and buttery!

Brisket done and rested!

Sliced up... super juicy and tender with a peppery crust! The hickory smoke flavor was just perfect.
