Now that the xmass is behind us I had a chance to do up a little dinner today in the freezing rain, on Buford…it was well worth the effort…Did up 3 racks of ribs with my rub, smoking them with some smokilicous hickory, and cherry wood, along with the Hump Lump…and finished with a mix of SBR, Head Country Hot, honey and some AJ…..served with cauliflower and cheese and a corn muffin….Burp..Life is good.

Is some fine looking vittles there Witt. In case you aint tried the Headcountry Hot before...guessing you figgered out by now..they aint fibbing about the hot part:)
